“Oh Don. We love you! Me and my family have stayed with airbnb for 7 times now and we can easily say he is the best host! I feel I've known him ages. Ok about the flat now. If you have children this is the place to go. If you travel in a large group this is also the place to go. There are 4 single beds and 2 double beds divided into 2 rooms. Don't forget also 3 large sofas in the spacious leaving room. My boys we so entertain with all the games and toys. The kitchen had everything you need to cook and feed 10 people easily. Oh location! Literally in front of the sea. What more can you ask for. The only downside for me was the bathroom because I have 2 small boys and so it was a bit challenging to bath them under a shower. But that would not stop us from coming back! Thanks Don for welcoming us. Oh yeah! We broke one of the jugs and was ready to pay for it, but Don was so kind about it. The flat is self contained with it’s own front door............
 
The corridor leads down to the main bedroom, the shower room, kitchen, rear toilet & bedroom....
The main bedroom has a double bed & three single beds....

 ...........and is directly overlooking the beach and the famous Jubilee Clock. 
 Easy walking distance to the town centre and ferry to Guernsey and Jersey.

 The flat is situated only a few minutes walk from the train, coach and bus stations....
Near St.Johns Church is a highly recommended Wine Bar, with a high standard of food, called WESTERS....... the SEA PALACE Chinese restaurant on the Pier Bandstand is also within walking distance.

Bedroom (1) contains a double bed, 3 NEW Guest beds (with French Oak flooring & Oak Blinds).

Additional double bedroom with single bed has Beech Blinds.Bathroom suite with an enclosed shower, spacious sink, mirror & toilet. A separate toilet with  Bathstore bathroom suite.

The flat has an Electric £1 coin meter.

 

Fully equipped with ample cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.  

Full size cooker, fridge, electric kettle, microwave and toaster.

Bed linen INCLUDED in the price (or may be brought along from home) – Duvets available on all the beds.

Hand towels available but please bring a set of towels for showering...

BOOKING CONDITIONS

 

Deposit non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

 

Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday.

The flat will be available after 11.55 a.m. on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on day of departure.

Regret no pets.

Family bookings only.

LARGE parties accepted.

 

The number of persons using the holiday flat is not to exceed the maximum number stated in the property description.

The flat will be reserved only on receipt of booking form and deposit.

The owner of the premises or his representative shall be allowed access to the property at any reasonable time particularly if there are more guests than stated in the original booking.

 

A tariff will be stated for the week and it will be linked to the number of guests.

If you wish to add more guests to your booking then the price will be increased accordingly...

 

The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If you cancel your holiday you may be liable for the full cost of the holiday in the event that the flat cannot be re-let for the cancellation period. We therefore recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.

 

The owner of the property shall be compensated by the holidaymaker for any breakages or damage to the property.

The owner reserves the right to refuse any booking and reserves the right to cancel any booking already made if the property becomes unavailable due to some reason beyond the owner’s control subject to refunding in full any sums you have paid.

If the holidaymaker fails to observe any of the conditions the owner reserves the right to require the holidaymaker to vacate the property immediately without recompense.

 

The owner shall not be liable to any person or member of a holiday booking for any personal injury, loss, theft or damage to their property however sustained or caused nor for the loss or theft of money.

 

The owner will endeavour to carry out everything possible to ensure that you have an enjoyable and successful holiday however should a problem occur please contact the owner.

 The flat is located opposite the centre of Weymouth beach and promenade, close to the Historic Jubilee Clock.

   This convenient, central location allows you to enjoy the leisurely stroll into the town centre & 17th century harbour, Radipole Lake & Swannery or the colourful Greenhill Gardens. If you do not wish to walk, why not take the Land Train from the Clock to Lodmoor Country Park & The Sea Life Centre.

 

    With several modestly priced restaurants and take-aways and a good selection of shops including Post Office, Chemist and 24 Hour General Store literally around the corner, makes the position of The Weymouth Sea Front Holiday Flat ideal for those seeking self-contained self-catering accommodation for 2-10 persons.
